Volunteers from the parish who respond to needy persons through their home visitations, prayers, downtown clothing store and collection of funds to support all the charitable works.

Food Pantry

A service outreach of the parish to provide basic food supplies, as a supplement to the aid given by the St. Vincent de Paul Society and other civic and church groups [e.g., CRAC and Open Arms Mission].

Social Justice

This committee is responsible for educational and fund raising activities of the Canadian Catholic Organization for Development and Peace [CCODP], in the parish, especially for Third World countries. There is a Fall Action and the Share Lent projects which members organize and promote. All interested parishioners are welcome to be members of the committee.

Hospital Pasoral Visitors

Parishioners who have been trained to visit the sick, especially long term care patients in the Welland County General Hospital and Woolcott wing.

Bereavement Group

Parishioners who attend the Vigil service at the Funeral Home and the Funeral Liturgies in the parish church at parishioners who have died.

Bereavement - Luncheon
Cantact Thea Moscato

Prepare the hall and serve beverages at luncheons for the family and friends of the deceased.

Royal Rose and Woodlands of Sunset
Coordinator - George Morrissey

Parishioners who volunteer to accompany the residents and prepare the worship space for weekly mass. Some are lectors, music ministers and bring the Eucharist to those confined to their rooms.
